What is your return policy?

We offer a guaranteed refund within 7 days upon receipt of item. Please ensure that the footwear are tried indoors and the tags on the footwear remain intact (i.e. not cut off). Do note that you will need to pick up the cost of the delivery fees for refund cases. Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item by topping up the price difference or, the same item with a different shoe size. For exchange cases, the shipping fee will need to be borne by your good self.
